I’m Down with OOP!
Working on a number of Flash projects using extensive XML files and multiple movie clips, using OOP or Object Oriented Programming is a must. Using Objects keeps variables and data organized and accessible. In example, when working on a product selector tool, one has to keep all the specs of each product organized so that at any given point, a specific attribute of that product can be retrieved to display information, go to a link or load an appropriate image. Video integrated websites can also make good use of OOP for keeping track of cue points, embedded links or chapter markers.
PS – I know, the title of this blog is bad.
