You and Your Power Pointing

At DDA, we have worked on many projects that involve a spokesperson and their PowerPoint presentation by creating an interactive, video integrated application. In many instances, we document a presentation at an actual event. In this case, we have two cameras, one main camera concentrating on the presenter and following them on-stage should they do so. The secondary camera documents the projector or TV where their presentation might be displayed. The footage from the second camera is not actually used in a DDA project but rather used as reference for synching the video and audio to programmed slide presentations using high quality images of the PPT.

For some projects, it is ideal to videotape the spokesperson in-studio for better control of lighting and audio. This method yields a much cleaner and personal presentation to the viewer. Throughout our portfolios, we offer a number of examples of such projects, be sure to check them out!
