Director Film Loop
Film Loops are useful in Macromedia Director. It is like having a miniature slideshow all compacted into one sprite and can continuously play even if the Director file is stopped on one frame. To make one, you have to put your content on the main score like you would if it was going to be your main file. Then just highlight all of the content you want in the loop from beginning to end in the score, and then in the top menu click on “Insert” and select “Film Loop.”
Presto! Your film loop has been created and placed in your cast list. Now you can customize some of its features. You can set its sound, looping, cropping, and centering to either true or false. Film loops can add a touch of movement and display lots of content to your director file without taking up much space or extending the length of the main score.
Try it for yourself.
