Putting a face to a name
Today I had an opportunity I rarely experience here at DDA: meeting with a client at their location. When people hear this, they are often shocked. “How can you develop complex websites, medical videos, training programs, brochures, and more without ever meeting the client in person?” they commonly ask. But, for the majority of the work we handle at our full-service advertising agency, all communication is carried out via phone conversations and emails. It may sound unorthodox but it works for our team of professional graphic designers, medical copywriters, custom programmers, and video specialists. With clients spanning the nation and in certain situations, the globe, face-to-face communication isn’t always a possibility. But I thoroughly enjoyed the meeting I had today with a prospect client. It gave us the opportunity to truly comprehend the magnitude of their services and finally, put a face to a name.
