No Time for Show and Tell

With so much going on, you don’t always have time to find out what other projects are in the mix.

Between Project Coordination,  New Business Development, and just plain writing, I , like everyone else here at DDA, don’t have the time to slow down and take a peek at my neighbor’s desk, so to speak.

But every once in while, running to and fro, you catch a glimpse or overhear something that sparks your interest. It really is amazing how many projects are going on under this roof at one time. There’s big website-development, search-engine optimized,  full-content projects going on, training CD-ROMs, illustrations, animation, programming projects, copywriting, brochures, sell sheets, and don’t even get me started on the video department — sales videos, product videos, spokesperson videos, videos for our own site.

One of my neighbor’s Elise, has been working on a very interesting, and really unique project — or shall I say plethora of projects since every day that girl is churning out a new proposal — for a product launch.  And there is some kind of secret in-house project in the mix, which I have only heard snippets of. Whatever it is, it’s big and the people aren’t talking.

So while I’m holding all of my projects very near and dear, I know there’s 20-some people that are all doing the same. Maybe one day, we will have the time for show and tell. Though, that doesn’t seem likely anytime soon.
