Challenge
StarQuartz Industries invented and manufactures Quartz-Lock® Grout, QuartzLockT Grout, and StarGlassT Grout, all revolutionary grout products that provide a cost-effective, high-performance, environmentally friendly solution for a variety of stone and tile applications. DDA had already designed and developed the StarQuartz logo in 2003 and completed production on company print materials, including brochures, direct mail pieces, postcards, and product packaging. Now StarQuartz needed an online presence to inform customers and industry professionals of their original product.

Objectives
The StarQuartz website needed to appeal to a variety of audiences, including customers, retailers, and industry professionals. DDA would provide custom website design and development services for www.starquartzgrout.com. Utilizing mixed media and graphic design, DDA's professional website designers and programmers would create an online destination for those looking for the latest in urethane grout technology.

In order to reach a global audience, Oncura also needed a website that met certain search engine marketing and optimization criteria. As award-winning search engine marketing (SEM) specialists, DDA could offer SEM and SEO services to Oncura to assist them in gaining the online exposure they needed to targeted audiences worldwide.

Solution
This informative site includes technical data, material safety data sheets, and warranty information on each StarQuartz product. To take the guess work out of buying grout, there's a Grout Calculator that will estimate how much grout is needed for a project depending on the job size and tile measurements. The Architect/Designer section of the site offers sales contact and distributor information for those looking to buy and sell StarQuartz products. An installation video has also been embedded into the site for additional information and testimony from those who regularly use the products.
