We are starting a new project for our DDA corporate site, and you won’t need to have your coffee prior to checking it out, you can have it with us, digitally! This new project will again be a great showcase of DDA’s technological capabilities, blending product videos, product photography, interactive videos, and Flash animation in an unforgettable and unique user experience. Today, we have a client coming in for a project that’s been dormant for the past few months.

It’s a website — a highly interactive website — with integrated video, and a product carousel. It was one of the first proposals I prepared and a very exciting project. While the majority of what we do here at DDA is highly innovative, I really liked how the much the clients were for interactivity and integrating the latest technology.

Sometimes with projects for larger, well-established companies, you get a lot of opinions and company heads weighing in. Those opinions don’t always agree and this can often cause delays in the project, especially since our process for all of the work we do from custom designed online applications like Intranets to product videos is heavily reliant on client feedback. This, however, was not the case for this particular client and not the reason for the slight lag. They were all in agreement about what they wanted, which was refreshing.

For this client, the focus of their business shifted since we first began, in what seemed almost overnight. A new office opening up in Mexico, and a quick shift in where the majority of their business was being conducted, meant that they needed to realign their focus and the direction of their company before completing a website, or else it pretty much would’ve been instantly out of date.

So, today we are starting it back up again, and while the basic design shouldn’t change too much, there are some components that inevitably will.

Not to get too cocky, but I’m sure this client has got to be feeling pretty happy that they chose a company that could easily switch gears and change alongside them, so no matter how rapidly their business shifts, they know they’ll never be out of date.

Each request we get always involves a custom tailored proposal to meet the requirements of their project. Any combination of our digital services including, but not limited to, product videos, spokesperson videos, tradeshow videos, 2D animation, 3D animation, interactive online tools and virtual tours, may be used. Options are always provided to give the client choice and scalability to suit their needs and budget.
