The first question is always what does ‘/’ mean and why is it always the number one most visited page. Pages are always represented by their “request URI’s,” which is the part of the URL after the domain name. Therefore the forward slash represents your home page. The first metric to view is how many views a page received. Like with the referring sources, a good metric to look at with content pages is bounce rate.
Next you want to look into Navigation paths, these will show you where and how users moved around your site from one page to the next page. You can analyze individual pages and see which pages sent visitors there and where they moved onto with the next click.
