I’m an Animator, Jim - Not a Doctor!

As DDA gets more and more medical clients, I’ve been working quite a bit on Medical Training and Information applications, animations, and websites. Recently I’ve been working on a very interesting 3D animation that requires that we show extreme detail on the inside of the body, while still animating functioning parts.

Finding resources and reference for a 3D medical animation is a challenging task. I am not a doctor, so when DDA Video is given an assignment involving medical training or imagery, we need to make sure our research is accurate. We use a variety of online and offline information sources, and always pay close attention to the client’s specifications. At DDA Video and DDA Medical, accuracy is our specialty.
