A Back Up Plan

Today, Crystal, our savvy production supervisor experienced something we all dread here at DDA–a computer crash. The only resolution rested in a full-system restore. That means reinstalling all programs, reestablishing email rules, file systems, and much more and for someone as organized as Crystal, this in and of itself is a very time-consuming task. But here at DDA, we are all about taking precautions. On a weekly basis, all associates back up their files on a hard drive to ensure valuable information is not lost if such an occurrence should take place. So clients, have no fear because even when technology fails us, we have a backup plan to keep production running as smoothly as ever.
