An Important Blessing
This is Thanksgiving Week. Actually, Thanksgiving is the only truly American holiday, and unfortunately, almost everyone has forgotten the theme…being thankful. So in this post I would like to highlight some of the blessings DDA received this year.
The most important blessing is we have stayed intact as a company. It has not been easy, but we are still the intrepid band doing extraordinary work and looking forward to better times. I am grateful that the people who work here leave their egos at the door and are team players no matter the situation from solving complex technical problems to helping keep our offices clean.
It is wonderful to pull into the parking lot a few minutes before eight, see the lights on and know that Laurence, Amy and Toni are already booted up. Unlike many other business offices, I know our staff is cognizant of time and budget constrains and strives to keep both under control.
I am thankful for new clients who decided this year to give us their important projects because there is so much proof in our portfolios that we are not the run-of-the-mill marketing and advertising agency, and even more important from talking to our business development team, new clients know we work with total transparency, no outsourcing here.
I love that we are based in beautiful Bucks County, Pennsylvania, that our comfortable offices have windows where we can watch the seasons change as we work, that our long standing four day week has a green effect on the planet, that to date in our DDA way, we are helping to lead the way back to productivity.
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone.
