When a client works with DDA on a complex project, there is a lot of prep time. There is a kickoff meeting, there are internal discussions of how best to handle the project, there is a lot of daily emailing between the project coordinator, the production coordinator, the graphic designer, the videographer among other team members.
The client views progress via a proof site set up so he or she can work remotely. Necessary since many of our clients are in different states and countries and, it would be impossible to work face to face. When working with an organized and focused client though, the project can seem almost seemless.
There is scurrying and course corrections and maybe even times, DDA has to step back, to advance, but we have enough experience creating websites and elearning platforms that wasted time is minimized. When these very sophisticated projects are finally posted on our portfolios, the viewer (if knowledgeable) marvels at the customization and innovation we include in website design, in trade show graphic and trade show booths, in elearning platforms.
Charles Mingus, the great American Jazz musician and composer said, “Making the simple complicated is commonplace, making the complicated simple, awesomely simple that’s creativity.”
DDA does this day in and day out!
