DDA Is Client Centric

Customer service, in many stores no longer exists. We have all had experiences of walking a floor looking for some one to answer our questions or help us find something. It can be very frustrating and it certainly wastes time.

At DDA, we are big believers in customer service, actually client service.  We work hard to respond to our clients concerns. Email is answered promptly even on Fridays when we are officially not in the building. We have a”buddy system” so if one of us can’t be at a computer, we ask another staff member to monitor email for us. We do something similar with phone calls. I have often said we do not believe in voice mail. Today especially when most companies are overworked and under staffed, that dreaded “Your mail box is full…” message can be a deal breaker.

At the moment, we have many projects with endless details, that need attention. Part of our process is to always include everyone working on the project, internally and on the client’s side in all correspondence. Not to say there are no delays or snafus, but they are greatly minimized because of the real time, client centric attention DDA practices.
