The push and pull when you work in this very complex environment that involves clients and budgets is constant.
At our advertising and marketing agency, we all strive for balance on a daily basis. We pay attention to details. We email a lot, with a long string of CCs, so everyone is in the loop. Through our attitude, we impress on clients, old and new why trusting us with their projects can positively impact their bottom line. In the current economic climate, innovation, imagination, focusing on producing truly unique solutions to problems is more important than price.
We recognize that each client’s needs are unique. So when our business development team has its first conference call with a client, they define as clearly as possible the strategies we will employ. It often starts with research, time studies, and evolves from there into a plan that maximizes results.
