Four More Months To 2010
In The Wasteland, T.S. Eliot’s great poem, he referred to April “as the cruelest month”. I don’t know of any published poet who has gripes about another month, but someone should write about August being the wackiest month. Let me explain. We all heard the term “dogs days of August” and we are sort of resigned to 90 degree weather in Pennsylvania with high humidity. But we have also had torrential rains these early August days, and wake-up-scared-in-the-middle-of-the-night lightning storms, and oh, late in July hail storms. The temperature dips, the tempersture rises. And, that’s just the weather. The aftermath includes flash floods, uprooted trees, downed power lines, water in many basements. Need I go on?
Luckily our DDA business life has progressed without interruptions. Except for vacations, the staff is present and accounted for. All our departments are busy, a true blessing for a traditionally slow time, and I am hopefully that this is a harbinger of a great Fall and Winter.
When I walk from one department to another you can see everyone working on projects. We are getting ready to launch a website with great interactivity that should create buzz among the singles, it is naturally, sex related. So stay tuned. We have several medical related brochures, videos and websites closing in on completion and we are gearing up for new projects about to come on line.
As September and October approach, and Fall displays its rich colors and comfortable sweater weather, we will be here. When the snow is deep and the wind fierce, we will be here. Our clients, new and old can count on DDA to partner with them in al their advertising, marketing and promotional efforts the second half of 2009.
