Listening is an art.

An art that today is skewed because there are so many ways to explain or demonstrate what you are trying to say. Today we communicate by email, include links to examples, very seldom even talk to the other person. In our harried world, this saves time, but it also creates complications because there is no such thing as both parties not having some differences of ideas or opinions. This becomes truly clear when the DDA business development team is working on a layered project. The client thinks he knows the best way to execute, but he is not privy to the myriad complexities and barriers that our designers, interactive and code programmers have to design and meld, before handing off to production for buildout.

When our clients truly trust us and listen good things happen for us and them. Trust does not mean, either side cannot ask questions or make suggestions. We defer to the client when it comes to understanding his product or service. The client in turn must defer to DDA when it comes to creating a marketing spin to make that service or product stand out among its competition.

As a custom design, interactive, marketing and advertising agency we work daily with corporate and medical clients to make their organization shine. The goal is to produce a website or a video presentation, a piece of flash animation, or create a  backend where all the forms function seamlessly 24/7 so the client knows when he thinks of DDA, he can count on us to listen to a new request and produce another winning product.
