Do You Need to be Convinced?

Today is one of those days that I both dread and hope for. I have a meeting and a conference call with two different long-term clients that want to discuss search engine optimization. For one client, we produced a custom website design and developed search engine optimization (SEO) copywriting. This client was pleased with the results after launch, but now wants to further their efforts by continuing to build the site for even better rankings. For the other client, we had many initial discussions with them about SEO, but they thought that it just wasn’t beneficial to them. Consequently, we produced a custom website design without seo copywriting. Both clients’ websites are enrolled in our SureThing Program, which continually optimizes their sites on a monthly basis post launch.

While one client wants to improve their optimization efforts, another wants to begin the process, but both still need some convincing. It is the convincing that I dread. Organic (or natural) search engine optimization works, and when developed through DDA’s own proprietary process, it not only works, but it exceeds expectations. This is a known fact backed by extensive reports for a variety of clients from diverse industry segments. What takes convincing is the dedicated effort a client must have for the long term. Results don’t happen overnight. Rankings take time to establish and fluctuate regularly. It’s a tough industry, but well worth it if you do what it takes. Hopefully, today’s meeting and call go well and our clients jump on board.
