In my travels this past weekend, I was impressed with the random acts of kindness I witnessed. From getting a free pass to the Hall of Fame area for the Phillies baseball game to getting front row seats at a monster truck show (yes, I actually went to a truck show - and had a lot of fun!), it seemed like people were being friendly and courteous to others everywhere and not for personal gain, but just out of shear kindness.
At Dynamic Digital Advertising, we are kind and courteous to each other and the clients we work with. That kindness makes for a better work environment - one with mutual respect, less tension, and more positivity - and it makes for a better working relationship during the projects with which we are involved. I love being an advertising copywriter and crafting a strong message whether it is short and concise for a brochure design or long and detailed for a website design with integrated search engine optimization. I also enjoy being a project coordinator and helping to facilitate moving projects from start to finish, seeing one piece of a project lend itself to another, and learning about the ins and outs/likes and dislikes of a particular client. I truly believe it is the love of the job that helps us maintain a positive outlook and a kind disposition.
“No kind action ever stops with itself. One kind action leads to another. Good example is followed. A single act of kindness throws out roots in all directions, and the roots spring up and make new trees. The greatest work that kindness does to others is that it makes them kind themselves.” - Amelia Earhart
