Flash Back:One day late last fall, I was getting some dental work done that took a few hours of my mouth being pried as wide open as possible and wearing those awesome dentist shades that shield your eyes from the bright overhead light and any flying debris. When they were all done, I left with my mouth still numb to do some banking and go to the mall to shop for Christmas. While I was in line to pay for a few presents in one of the stores, I bumped into the dental hygienist who just sat by my side for most of the day. I said “Hi” and she ignored me. Aside from dental residue, this left a bad taste in my mouth.
