Today is a New Day

Today is a new day, both literally and figuratively. You can feel the revitalized energy in the air and you can hear the fast-paced hum of our advertising agency at work. At DDA, we have a variety of projects - manywith tight deadlines - in different stages of development. As Lead Writer, I will need to create search engine optimization (SEO) copywriting for a website redesign, develop a content plan for a new module to be integrated into a site I worked on some three years ago, finish up thewebsite copywritingfor one of our divisions, DDA USA, and possibly work on brochure copywriting for a new medical tri-fold. As I work today, instead of feeling upset and planning an escape route out of the country the way I did this time four years ago at the last election, I will complete tasks with a sense of pride in democracy anda thrill to be working in the field I love and pursuing the craft I enjoy.
