Marketing Services with Rewards

Not long ago, I mentioned a secret project I was working on for a friend for her birthday. (I would reveal the age but then that would just reflect badly on me). Well, I finally finished and presented it on Saturday. To my absolute delight, she was thrilled. It was a rather large present and I set it up without her knowing it. But I certainly knew when she discovered it, as she started screaming my name while she tore through the house looking for me.

Now, most clients don’t come barreling through our door when they’re pleased with a project. We don’t hear shouts or get giant bear hugs. But sometimes we do get the pleasure of an over-the-phone or an over-the-computer exclamation of happiness.  I think it all comes down to caring. When you care about what you’re doing, it shows. At DDA, we definitely care. From custom video production to website design and development to animations, medical illustrations, and a whole host of interactive and traditional marketing services, we are deeply invested in our work and our clients.

It’s nice when we get little notes from clients letting us know how wonderful their design is or how beneficial the search engine marketing (SEM) techniques have been.  I’m not saying we need the pats on the back, but, as with anything else, it’s nice to get a little affirmation that all of your dedication was worth it. After all, that’s how it goes when you care, you remain invested even long after it’s formally considered done.
