No Technical Experience Needed

OK, so I am not a technical-minded person. I will be the first to admit this — and there are a few programmers who can back me up on this.

But here’s the joy of working at DDA, I don’t need to be. Let me preface to say, I know a thing or two about the incredible work our programmers do, in Intranet, CRM, and all other custom software development — enough that I never have to turn down a request because it may be too tricky.

I am constantly amazed, however, at how our programmers seem to make the craziest of things work. Whenever we have a request, and it deals with programming, and the prospective client starts talking about this report generating here on this time, and this notice to pop up when this is done, and tracking these movements, and connecting to this database, and so on, I can write down every word they are saying and potentially repeat it verbatim, but to know what it takes to actually do it, well, let’s just say — thank you Amy and team.

See when it comes to website development, custom programming applications, social networking sites, widgets, or what-not, you don’t have to be technical. Just call DDA. But don’t tell any of the programmers I sent you, as I am pretty sure they are sick of hearing from me by now.
