On an Impulse
I’m usually not an impulse buyer, but sometimes there is an unexpected item that catches my eye. Like at the grocery store on Saturday when I turned a corner and saw an end cap with a display of flavored almonds. I’m always trying to be careful about my carbs and making sure that I’m eating lots of protein, so it suddenly seemed like a really good idea to investigate further. The Jalapeno Smokehouse flavor is what made the conversion. I snatched it up and three days later I’m 100 percent smitten. These are quickly making a climb to the top of my favorite food’s list. Yummy!!!
I don’t know if it was the packaging, the placement, or just the lure of the almonds themselves that did it, but in any case, it was a success. I had become a customer, and, most definitely, a frequent customer.
