Yesterday, I indicated that I had a good blog topic for today, and amazingly, I did not forget it.
While writing about all of the different capabilities that we offer here at DDA, it made me think about newer projects coming in. Because we have website architects, graphic designers, videographers, programmers, copywriters, animators illustrators a full video production studio, and the most up-to-date software and equipment available, there is very little that falls outside of our capability.
Whenever we have a conference call with a perspective client for the first time, David starts off with an exclamation about us — he shows off our Seven Divisions, DDA Video and DDA Medical in particular, Meet DDA and our Executive Summary, and other items to provide a little information on us.
Whether people realize it or not, this is a crucial part of building a relationship with a new client. We are so different than any other marketing or advertising company or agency, that it is sometimes hard to get people to really understand the concept of full service.
A lot of times, perspective clients want to see a mirror image of what they are asking for so they can be reassured that we can do exactly what they are envisioning. This always makes me laugh. If anyone, spent even a few minutes on any one of our websites, they would very quickly realize that there is very little we are incapable of doing.
Corporate and Medical training, usage tracking, interactive CD-ROMs, multi-media projects, video production, and editing, are all part of our everyday repertoire. But because we offer these services and abilities individually, by highly-trained professionals, we are able to integrate them in any way possible, to create whatever it is a potential client is looking for.
So, when people ask”what are you capabilities”, I kind of want to say “You, know I really don’t know.”
Because as many conference calls as I have been apart of, I still get amazed when a client rattles of the million, complicated things they want implemented, and we say “Yes, we can do that.”
