One of the most frustrating things to me is when I cannot quickly locate a company’s phone number on its website. I am a person who is always in a hurry, for better or worse, and if I can’t find what I need within a few minutes, I get impatient. It’s amazing to me how many companies still have websites that are hard to navigate and do not have contact information easily accessible. If you’re not going to include a phone number, the least you can do is organize the information well so I can find it myself.
At DDA, search engine marketing (SEM) and optimization (SEO) are core competencies of ours and something we do very, very well. Back in the day when the Internet was still one of those crazy novelty things, we were already offering retro-fit optimization programs. To not only be building high-quality websites and recognizing the importance of the online forum but already be leveraging its power and making it work for our clients, was definitely revolutionary. Now as other companies and search engine marketing firms are starting to get on board, we are well ahead of our time, developing websites that are built to compete from the start and bring in hundreds and thousands of visitors organically by targeting the exact keywords they’re searching for.
But our corporate and medical website design and development process is more than just about bringing in targeted website traffic, making sure we are providing the best user experience and properly capturing the feel and philosophy of our client’s companies, business, and institutions is essential to creating a successful web platform. If you are not creating an experience that is user-friendly, engaging, and geared specifically to what they are looking for, then your visitors won’t stay for long.
Custom design, from one of our professional graphic designers, an intuitive navigation system, and proper marketing and branding is all part of our website development process. Each piece is essential to making sure your company cannot only compete online, but that you’re converting those visitors into actual clients or customers.
