3D Modeling

3D modeling refers to the ability to create three-dimensional images. Generally, the art of 3D modeling is similar to sculpting or photography in that it prepares geometric data and manipulates this data to develop an image that is true to life. 3D primitive objects such as cubes, spheres, or cones serve as the fundamental building blocks for modeling. From here, more sophisticated images develop by extruding or rotating such objects around their center point.
