Access Control Extranet

An extranet, is basically an Intranet that is accessible to a company’s own private network as well as to the general public. Whether customer driven or employee driven, Extranet websites support critical business transactions and corporate communications. For example, both vendors and business partners are able to access the Extranet of the company with which they are doing business with in order to improve efficiency and productivity. Access control Extranets refer to Extranet sites that have been programmed for limited access which can be controlled either by management or administrative teams.
