Extranet Security

Extranet security prevents unwanted visitors from entering your Extranet website, and furthermore can be used to prevent users in one group from seeing pages designated for another group. Security does not allow anyone without the proper clearance to enter the Extranet and thereby protects corporate secrets, research information, marketing campaigns, etc. If your Extranet is extensive, than you have large numbers of people using the Extranet to communicate and collaborate; however, many companies have specific reasons for not allowing certain groups to interact, such as distributors and suppliers, or independent sales representatives.

Dynamic Digital Advertising (DDA) constructs secure Extranets that provide multiple levels of security controllable by a group of network administrators. Depending on the needs of your company, you may need maximum levels of security whereby employees must not only use login names and computers but also need to request access from a predetermined IP address (i.e. a computer workstation located within your facility). DDA also constructs Extranets with lower levels of security in which any Internet user can sign-up by providing personal information and receive a user name and password.
