To assist Capario, a healthcare revenue cycle management company, in its efforts to expand outward-facing training efforts, DDA Medical created a series of web-based videos. The videos focused on the California-based company's cutting-edge, comprehensive portal, which is EHNAC-certified and has real-time processing. The portal was created by Capario to help its clients - physicians, payers, and healthcare organizations - improve revenue cycle management processes and reduce costs for claims processing. The 20 video tutorials developed by DDA Medical, all featured voiceover narration from DDA's Actors' Network, a script written by a DDA Medical writer, a custom design from a DDA graphic designer, and DDA Medical's flash programming expertise to bring it all together. Each of the videos focuses on one of the web-based tools Capario offers in its portal, to help increase understanding and navigation for users. A graphical user interface (GUI) was also developed by DDA Medical to house all of the videos, providing easy access to users, and was made scalable so additional videos can be added as the needs of Capario and its clients evolve.
