     Havis-Shields is proud to introduce the next generation of vehicle scene lighting for the public safety market: the Magnafire 3000 floodlight.

     This light incorporates all the features necessary for today's fire service: high-intensity light output, compact design, plus affordability.The Magnafire 3000's mirror polished reflector has increased vertical surface area and rounded parabolic corners for optimum efficiency. The result is a bright, smooth, floodlight beam pattern that lets you put light where you want it.

     The Magnafire 3000's low-profile housing measures only 5- 1/4" high by 13-1/2" wide, following the style made popular by our Alpha 2000 in 1991, but with many new features.

     The Magnafire 3000's simplified design enhances reliability. Its unibody die-cast housing eliminates gaskets needed in extruded fixtures; while the one-piece lens frame allows easy access to change bulbs. The lens is held in place by retention clips so it can't fall out when the frame is removed. The reflector is field replaceable.

     A unique swivel "O" ring seal makes the adjustment knuckle watertight, eliminating a potential leakage point or the need for silicone sealants.

     The Magnafire 3000 runs cool. Its large, built-in, heat dissipating fins carry heat out of the fixture and are spaced apart for easy cleaning. The light is ETL listed to ANSI/UL standard 1571 for outdoor lighting safety.
