"These reports are very useful because they show trends. If a machine has been dropping steadily for weeks, we know it's time to rotate it out. If a machine's weekly collections drop off suddenly, that's a red flag that there could be a problem maybe there's a maintenance issue that needs to be addressed, or a potential theft. Either way, we'll be out there looking at the machine to see what's going on."
