Our catalog is not online, but if you have a copy you can still place an order online. If you don't have our catalog and would like one, scroll down to "Request a Catalog."

There are Two Ways to Order:
1. Click on the link below and download our order form (it takes about a minute) and then fax or mail it to us (fax# and address is on the form);

2. Use our secure online order form. Fill out your order online and simply "click" to send it to us. We do the rest.

You will receive a confirmation of your order within seven business days. Please check it carefully and call us immediately if any discrepancies.

Tips When Ordering:
Please use the size chart below. If a measurement doesn't match the numbers on the chart, let the girth measurement be your guide.
