contraceptive company and sole manufacturer of ParaGard®
T 380A, became the exclusive U.S. marketer of the
product. ParaGard® — also known as the Copper
T 380A — was previously sold by Ortho-McNeil
Pharmaceutical, Inc. ParaGard® will continue to
be manufactured by FEI, in the same way, with the
same specifications and materials, and in the same
facility as the ParaGard® product sold by Ortho.
