Jenn Manufacturing is not just a machine shop. We have a very strong in-house engineering group to generate complete detail and assembly drawings, materials procurement specifications, and test and inspection procedures. We can design and build specialized manufacturing or test fixtures when necessary. Jenn Manufacturing will accept total responsibility for purchasing materials, manufacturing the product, and testing it to your specifications.

Electronic Data-File Transfer

The sophistication of our CAD/CAM Department starts with our people, at Jenn Manufacturing all of our N/C programmers have machining experience and even run the machines from time to time. The CAD/CAM Department interfaces with other areas such as Process Engineering, Tool Engineering and Operators to pull together the best machining techniques for each part, allowing us to use our state of the art technology to dramatically reduce the lead time for projects. We can work directly from your CATIA, AutoCAD or Parasolid files, or with data received in IGES or DXF format.
