Many of our customers choose to eliminate incoming inspection of Jenn manufactured parts by relying on our quality assurance procedures. This "Dock to Stock" arrangement integrates in process and final inspection utilizing Statistical Process Control and automated Coordinate Measuring Machine data as verification of final quality. With consistently perfect parts delivered on time, many of our customers accrue additional savings from our JIT deliveries.

We manufacture and design our own tooling and automation assemblies as well as individual component parts complete from your designs to the highest standards in the industry! We can hold part tolerances to +-. 0001 inch thanks to our modern climate controlled 40,000 square foot facility and our Inspection room which is equipped with Coordinate Measuring Machines and a large variety of inspection tools which assures your tolerance requirements are maintained from prototype to production.

At Jenn Manufacturing, your job is constantly monitored throughout the process to assure compliance to your specifications. Jenn has been compliant to ISO 9002 since 1996. We continue to maintain various Military, Aerospace and Commercial standards including Boeing D1-9000 AQS, MIL-I-45208A, MIL-STD-1535A, MIL-STD-45662A, ISO-10012-1, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 and NHB 5300.4(1C).

In addition to our coordinate measuring machines, we utilize tool and part probing on our machine tools to take readings during production. Probe data can then be imported directly into our manufacturing system.
