Vibratory Bowls

Sweco

The most respected name in metal finishing. Sweco is the originator of the round bowl vibratory machine. They offer a complete line of direct drive, batch & internal separation bowls. Ranging from 1-24 cubic foot capacities.

Nicem

Nicem manufactures a complete line of batch and internal separation bowls. Their unique low amplitude, high frequency drive, provides an aggressive yet gentile action allowing for a very good finish on soft metals. 3.5-37 cubic foot capacities available

Giant Finishing

Giant Finishing offers a full line of both round and oval vibratory bowls. Built with either direct or belt drives in both batch or continuous operations. Capacities range from 3-60 cubic foot.

Giant Manufactures a full line of proven high production tubs. Built as a batch or a fully automatic continuous process machine. Their balanced suspension drive gives you complete processing capabilities with longevity. Available from 3-120 cubic feet.

Nicem

Nicem produces a wide range of tub Vibrators. Their unique "direct drive" systems allow for running small steel media providing a high quality shine.

Tumbling Barrels

Rampart Finishing provides a variety of sizes and styles of tumble finishing equipment. From table top size to large 20 cubic foot barrels. Accessory equipment such as screen separators and material handling equipment are available.

Part Dryers

Nicem

Nicem manufactures heated bowl cob dryers. Their unique low amplitude, high frequency drive provides a gentile action for parts drying. It offers very good unloading which when added to a vibratory bowl creates very effective automated parts processing and drying. Nicem also offers a unique line of tiltable Centrifugal dryers. This design avoids the need for overhead hoists to unload the machine.

Nobles

Recognized as the leader in centrifugal parts Drying. Equipment is designed to handle between 7 & 800 lb. of material. This along with their drop bottom basket design lends itself to production drying.

New Holland manufactures a complete line of centrifugal spin dryers ranging from 7-150 lbs. of material.
