My Acting Style
Hello, I’m Elizabeth, but many people know me as Bitsy. As far back as I can remember I have been performing…with or without an audience! In fact, my early background in musical theater provided me with the experience (and confidence) I now use in my on-camera work.
As host of PBS’s travel and tourism series Explore PA, I travel throughout the state in search of history, culture, and adventure. But perhaps the most important aspect of my role as host is to make our travels a fun experience for our viewers and hopefully encourage them to do some of their own exploring. In 2006, the series was honored with a CINE Golden Eagle Award for Excellence in Production – of which, I am very proud. In addition to on-camera work, I am also a voiceover announcer. I love studio work and enjoy using my voice to convey the many emotions the varied listings require. Overall, I am a very upbeat, positive and hard working person and I’d love to dedicate myself to your next project! I hope we can work together soon.
