My dogs were long overdue for haircuts, so last weekend my husband took them to the groomers. ChaCha (my eldest) received her typical cut, while Junior (my youngest) was cut extra short and to my surprise my husband ordered a mohawk.
When I picked them up from the groomers, I couldn’t help but laugh out loud at the sight. All the other groomers turned to see him leave and the other customers oohed and aahed as he sauntered past. He certainly has become the talk of the neighborhood! Being different and trying something new can be a great experience.
At our advertising agency, we are constantly striving to be unique, push the creative envelope, and produce something that’s never been done before. Our ability to offer interactive rich media services is something that sets up a part from the herd. Not all agencies have the skill or experience to develop interactive websites with live webcasts and immersive virtual environments, but we do. Not all firms can produce interactive video simulations in 3D, but we can. In turn, not all clients appreciate the value of interactive or immersive media because it’s not a traditional approach to advertising, but little do they know it’s the wave of the future and they would be pioneers in their field.
So be different, try something new like interactive marketing, and rely on the experts at DDA where “unique” isn’t a characteristic, but a principle. And who knows, you could even get a better reaction than Junior with his mohawk!
