Challenge

The Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA) provides accreditation to Christian nonprofit organizations that comply with certain established standards. Through this accreditation, the public can trust that any donations made to these organizations will be received justly. In order to reach a broader audience, the ECFA wanted to produce an informative video detailing their background and benefits.

Objectives

As a leading production house with an in-house, state-of-the-art video studio, Dynamic Digital Advertising (DDA) took on the role as marketing mentor, animator, and video specialist for this custom video project. All footage would be filmed and edited in DDA’s studio using green screen technology and animation. The final video would provide the ECFA with an effective marketing piece for their company.

Solution

The president of ECFA acted as spokesperson for this video, introducing the company, over-viewing its history, and detailing how the ECFA has helped a number of organizations. Filmed in front of a green screen in DDA’s studios, all on-screen talent was edited into the video by DDA in a unique way. The video host presented the story of ECFA in front of various animated graphics and he even interacted with some as they appeared on-screen, such as the ECFA logo that transitioned into an animated graphic for the spokesperson to hold and put it in his pocket. There were other actors involved in this video, and their image was silhouetted on screen for a distinct feel that only added to the video’s appeal. Related stock images were also used along with screenshots of partnered websites and logos of affiliated organizations to highlight certain points. At each step, DDA Video worked closely with the client, giving them plenty of opportunity for review and revision throughout the process, to create a video that is informative, professional, and exemplifies ECFA's core philosophy and values.

 

Results

Using an innovative technique of animated graphics and a video spokesperson, this corporate video provides an interesting and engaging overview on the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA).
