Case Study: Technical Coatings Trade Show Graphics – 2000

Custom graphic design using 3D modeling techniques make for unique marketing pieces that demand attention.

OVERVIEW RESULTS

Challenge

Technical Coatings, a division of Benjamin Moore, was gearing up for a trade show and needed five large-scale graphics for their booth that would attract and inform trade show attendees. The challenge was to create multiple unique graphics that not only piqued interest, but successfully depicted the Technical Coatings brand.

Objectives

Dynamic Digital Advertising offered custom graphic design services in order to achieve Technical Coating’s goal of utilizing stand-out graphics to make their trade show booth exceptional. Each large scale graphic had to be distinguished from each other as well as from all other graphics at the show, all while maintaining a consistent marketing message. The graphics would focus on the technical advantages of a variety of coating technology that Technical Coatings provides.

Solution

All five of the large-format trade show booth graphics panels were designed by DDA using 3D modeling techniques in 3D software and were printed on a large-format inkjet printer. This modeling technique ensured the graphics would not only be one-of-a-kind, but they would convey the right message clearly. Technical advantages of packaging coatings, liquid coatings, coil coatings, waterborne inside spray technology for cans, and more were featured through these graphics, and the images practically popped off the page at the viewer. Each graphic also included the Technical Coatings logo and the main marketing message of each panel.

Results

The bold large-format trade show graphics provided Technical Coatings with state-of-the-art marketing materials that coincided with the company’s mission of marching to the beat of a different drum.
