L’Oreal was running a new gift-with-purchase promotion and wanted something that combined style, music, and beauty awareness, all in one chic package. This project would also be celebrating Fashion Rocks, an event that combines top fashion designers with performances from the biggest names in music, so the themes needed to be unique and creative. L’Oreal needed a video production company who had the equipment and expertise to compile a mix of music and fashion into one promotional package and make it attractive enough to fit the L’Oreal and Fashion Rocks reputation.
After planning and conceptualizing, it was decided that an interactive CD-ROM celebrating Fashion Rocks would be the best solution to function as a beauty guide for L’Oreal’s clients and potential customers. DDA would customize this promotional CD-ROM for the cosmetics company with the intent of combining style, creativity, and interactivity for the CD-ROM’s users.
DDA Video integrated a variety of music tracks with videos on makeup tips to create this stylish and interactive CD-ROM. The easy-to-use interface is also custom designed to look as colorful and fashionable as the product and event it’s promoting.
