Through custom design and programming, DDA developed an efficient meeting management tool for the medical community.




In the medical community, advancements in treatment and practice often spur from a collaboration of minds and the melding of ideas, hence why conferences and other informative events are so important in this field. DAW Communications, a medical marketing company, recognizes this and offers their clients participation in Clinical Interactive Dialogue Panels (CID). The challenge was to create a system to easily manage these events.


Dynamic Digital Advertising would provide custom website design and development to DAW to program an administrative backend system that would streamline their event planning process. This meeting management tool would make it easy for physicians and healthcare professionals to access important event details so they could attend these conferences, exchange experiences, and discuss the best approaches to patient care.


DDA Medical provided a clean and pleasing website design with a custom programmed database designed specifically for the electronic management of these Clinical Interactive Dialogue Panels (CID) events. For DAW, DDA developed a login restricted database to hold and display event information in a well-organized format. Once users log in, they are able to load new events, manage upcoming events, assign presenters and attendees lists, track registrants, and coordinate event details. Displayed via region, event managers can view a list of attendees, access invitations and registration forms, and extract relevant data for efficient meeting management.



Though mostly data-based, the site features a clean and pleasing design and makes managing important events in the medical community an efficient process.
