Case Study: LPB Communications Print Marketing Materials – 2001

A variety of print materials help in launching new, revolutionary equipment for radio broadcasts.

Challenge

When LPB Communications introduced a revolutionary new digital audio mixer to the radio station market, they asked Dynamic Digital Advertising (DDA) to design and develop a number of print marketing materials to launch the product. The Blue5C digital mixer was lighter, cheaper, and more dramatically styled than its competition, and so LPB needed vivid marketing materials to match. As with any print advertisements, space is typically limited and customers want to be wowed quickly. Therefore, these print materials needed to capture the essence of the product, while catching and keeping attention and motivating customers to learn more.

Objectives

LPB would utilize DDA’s in-house professional digital photography studio to capture high resolution shots of their innovative products. DDA graphic designers would then feature these images along with strong marketing messages to both attract and inform the customer. Some of the marketing materials LPB requested required illustrations and other custom graphics, which DDA would also design.

Solution

DDA designed and developed product packaging, a two-sided sales sheetprint trade ads, and a trade show graphic to market the launch of LPB’s Blue 5C digital mixer. Each print piece was centered around a high resolution image of the equipment along with product specifications and company information. LPB was so pleased with the work DDA provided for the Blue 5C that they asked for additional trade show graphics featuring some of their other broadcast equipment.

 

Results

Dynamic Digital Advertising's digital commercial product photography, ad layout, design and illustration work were utilized in creating these print materials which helped launch a successful new product.
