No Cold Calling Allowed

It would be nice to know why a potential client decides to approach DDA after finding us by surfing the web for what his or her company needs. Sometimes we get calls or emails that do not necessarily indicate why they want to talk to us, and sometimes we are told “I spent 40 minutes going through your site.”

This initial contact is the 2010 equivalent of a cold call. Remember those days? A sales person would try to get past a gate keeper to an employee preferably one who could direct the sales person to a decision maker. The process was tedious and expensive and quite often did not produce a good outcome.

Today, we get an email for a RFQ or a phone call with a specific request for a presentation video or an animation project. DDA as vendor no longer has to pick needles out of haystacks. This is not to say every RFQ results in a signed quote. But it is a beginning. And the more savvy a potential client, the more likely that company is to choose DDA to do their project.

The numerous examples in our portfolios of websites we designed, print pieces, from a sell sheet to a complex package with folders and waterfall sheets, the graphic design work on our logo page, the unusual trade show booths we created all attest to a very innovative group of people who believe passionately in the work. This in turn conveys quality so businesses and medical companies can sign with DDA knowing their expectations will always be met.
