Where the Wild Things Are

One of favorite books as a child was Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak and I couldn’t be more excited to see the upcoming 2009 film set to release in theaters October 16. This film is said to combine live action, suitmation, animatronics, and computer-generated imagery. After viewing the trailers, it looks like a movie event not to be missed, especially for avid fans of the children’s classic! Not only am I impressed by the cinomatography and special effects used in the making of this film, but how they work in concert brings the plot to life just that much more. It seems to effectively capture the fantasy AND real-life consequences of a little boy’s mischief, and I’m waiting with bated breath to see the story unfold on the big screen.

At our interactive marketing and advertising agency, we’re constantly pushing the creative envelope like this, and do so by merging technologies with what we refer to as Interactive Integration. Just as this film seems to successfully merge state-of-the-art technology with a classic children’s book of the 1960s, DDA combines a host of technologies to form a new frontier in how one markets their products or services. For instance, we can create an immersive website design in which users interact with your brand by participating in a virtual simulation, watching a promotional video and live webcast, and navigating through static and dynamic presentations of information in a way that suits them best.

As you devote time and budget to advancing your line of products or services, it would behoove you to utilize an ad agency that can keep up. At DDA, we’ll not only run with you, but we’ll carve out the path from which others will want to journey. Fantasy or reality, DDA is where the wild things are.
