Winning Combination

As I’m prone to doing, I tried cooking something new last night. The latest experiment was buffalo chicken bites. Before I go any further, I want to preface that me, chicken, breading, and frying are rarely ever a winning combination. I’ve managed to get down a pretty good system for chicken Parmesan but anything beyond that is a risky endeavor. So, I’m not surprised that last night did not go as well as planned. I love food more than I can even describe so to me the cooking is worth it. But it’s a bummer when you spend an hour in the kitchen only to sit down to a meal that is less than par.

I am willing to try it again though as I noted some things that can be revised to make it better. In my house there are usually three categories for new recipes — never again, another attempt with some changes, love it as it is. Tonight is another new recipe and I’m crossing my fingers that this will go better. Again, however, it involves a combination that has, in the past, taken me a few attempts to perfect. Here’s hoping.

At DDA, we are always trying new things; it’s hard to be called an innovator if you’re not.  Luckily for us, we’re not weak on any combination. Maybe it’s video production with a 2D illustrated environment or a CME platform with an interactive simulation or a website with animations and search engine marketing (SEM). Regardless of the service(s) chosen, from custom programming to graphic design and copywriting, you can always be certain you’ll get something good. But I guess when you deal with professionals, you expect success every single time and with DDA you definitely get it in all areas of interactive and traditional marketing services.

As for me, I’m certainly no professional chef; so unfortunately, I have to keep working at my skills to get the right combination every time.
