This website was created to educate the general public on hypertension during pregnancy and preeclampsia, as well as to inform physicians in the field – obstetricians, gynecologists, and perinatologists – on how the MIST Obstetric Hemodynamic Monitoring Software™ (OHMS™) used in combination with impedance cardiography (ICG) tests can help improve the quality of care they give to patients. In fact, ICG and OHMS™ has been shown to extend gestation, eliminate bed rest and the associated financial strain, and lower the incidence of premature birth, reducing neonatal intensive-care unit (NICU) days.
Using medical resources and information gathered through on-site interviews with the doctor responsible for bringing this approach to light, the software developer, and other key personnel that helped in MIST’s growth, as well as extensive keyword research and competitive online intelligence, DDA Medical’s writers produced over 40 pages of keyword-rich medical content. The MIST website is a valuable resource of information to preeclamptic patients along with the medical professionals who strive to help them safely deliver their babies, thus helping MIST gain commercial success.

While working on the MIST website design, the company asked us to create a new design for their tradeshow graphic. The problem with their existing tradeshow graphic being that it wasn’t driving foot traffic to the tradeshow booth and consequently MIST wasn’t able to gain the exposure that would help make the company stand out among attending medical professionals. After having already worked through an attractive website design for MIST, DDA Medical was happy to oblige. Our graphic designers created the tradeshow graphic so that it would highlight critical medical statistics relating to hypertension during pregnancy and preeclampsia, and complement the website, making the company’s marketing materials consistent and visually appealing.
