NAPNAP ADHD Patient Information Video-Based eLearning
NAPNAP, or the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, came to DDA Medical with the need to make a series of videos that address the challenges of life with ADHD, or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. DDA Medical utilized its in-house video studio and talent from our Actors' Network to film actual nurses talking with actor patients in front of a green screen. A suitable 3D office background was created for compositing in post production. This series of ten videos was so successful that two other video series have been subsequently produced, both addressing child immunization; one series for the parents, another for the clinician. DDA Medical has been involved in every aspect of the NAPNAP video project, from refining scripts, taping the on-screen talent, the editing, creating the 3D room environments, designing the video players and the user navigation systems, and integrating the final platforms onto NAPNAP’s existing website.
