DDA Medical responded with a comprehensive strategy that included a three tiered system for administrators, editors, and clients.
The portal allows clients to seek and obtain services, and a powerful quote calculator makes it easy for the client to use the custom extranet and establish a quote for the work. Once a project is started, an editor uses the platform to upload drafts and revisions for client review. Editors can even track their monthly earnings through the platform. Numerous payment options are available, including and bank transfers, personal checks, PayPal, and Google Checkout.
For administrators, DDA Medical provided a set of tools to run their business. WSR administrators can accept customer orders, assign work to writers/editors, review and confirm any revisions, issue customer invoices, and manage payments to editors. Additional features allow WSR to create unique reports to communicate collected revenue, editor payouts, projected monthly revenues, and projected profits. Timing systems ensure that all parties are aware of approaching deadlines. Built-in communications systems allow all users to fully interact on the platform.
